Professional Cleaning Routine

1. Prepare the Bath: Dissolve a small amount of Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Shampoo into approximately one liter of lukewarm water.
2. Preparation: Gently shake your synthetic wig or hairpiece before immersing it completely in the shampoo bath.
3. Soak (Self-Cleaning): Let the hair soak for about 10 minutes. Thanks to its self-cleaning formula, there is no need to manipulate the fibers. Important: Never rub, scrub, or wring the hair!
4. Rinse: After 10 minutes, rinse the synthetic fibers thoroughly with clear, lukewarm water. Again, avoid any rubbing or twisting.
5. Condition for Softness: To maintain the fiber's silkiness and suppleness, we recommend a second step using Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Balm.
6. The Balm Bath: Add a small amount of balm to a fresh basin of clean water and let the wig soak for another 10 minutes. Afterward, rinse carefully and prepare for drying.

Drying & Styling Tips

Crucial Note: Never dry your wig or hairpiece by rubbing it with a towel. Instead, let it air dry naturally on a wig stand.

You may gently style the hair with a soft brush once it is dry. Thanks to the "memory effect" of Ellen Wille fibers, your wig will automatically return to its original shape once fully air-dried.
