Your 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. If a product is not the right fit or the color isn't exactly what you wanted, no problem! Simply ensure the items meet our return conditions and send them back in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
All products meeting the criteria below are eligible for a refund or a store credit exchange.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label will be provided, and a flat return fee will be deducted from your final refund. Only the value of the products (minus any discounts and the return fee) will be refunded.

Accepted Items: Wigs, hairpieces, bangs, turbans, scarves, breast prostheses, lingerie, and swimwear. These must be returned within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Liquid products, cosmetics, shampoos, adhesive strips, and accessories.
How to Process Your Return

Log in to your account
Visit our website and log in to your customer account.

Access "My Orders"
Go to the "My Account" tab, then click on "My Orders" to view your purchase history.

Select the order
Find the order containing the items you wish to return and click on it to view the details.

Submit a return request
Click on the "Request a Return" option. Select the specific items you want to send back and choose the reason for the return.

Download your return label & ship
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid return label. Pack the items carefully in their original packaging, attach the label to the parcel, and drop it off at your local post office or collection point. (The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund).
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive your return at our facility. The amount (minus the return label fee) will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
